11. How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your account from the SnapCred mobile app: 1. Open the SnapCred app and log in to your account 2. Tap on the "Profile" tab at the bottom of the screen 3. Scroll down to the "Account Settings" section 4. Tap on "Delete Account" 5. Read the warning message carefully 6. Enter your account password to confirm your identity 7. Tap "Confirm Delete" button 8. Your account will be permanently deleted

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner 4. Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu 5. Scroll to the "Delete Account" section 6. Click the "Delete My Account" button 7. Enter your email address and password for verification 8. Click "Confirm Deletion" 9. Your account will be permanently deleted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed from our systems: • Your profile information (name, email, phone number) • Your order history and transaction records • Your saved addresses and payment methods • Your product reviews and ratings • Your referral code and referral history • Your credit balance and transaction history • Your cart items and wishlists • All personal data associated with your account This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

⚠️ Before You Delete
